Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We set everything up with you on a call. After that you open one page, read the week's drafts and press Approve.
Will the posts sound like my business?
Yes. You describe your products, prices and way of talking once on the Brand voice page. PostPilot only uses facts written there, so it won't invent offers.
Can I post in Tamil or other languages?
Captions are written in English by default; you can ask for greetings or whole captions in your language in the brand voice. Reels can have an English or Tamil voice-over.
What does WhatsApp cost?
Replying to customers who message you is free. Messages you start (like offers to subscribers) are billed by Meta directly to your account at their rates.
What happens if I stop?
You get an export of your posts, contacts and leads, and the service stops at the end of the paid month. Your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts are untouched.
